I am a leader with 15+ years experience managing global customer relationships, driving business growth through strategic sales and consultative solutions. Having spent considerable time within the health care and financial services sectors, selling consulting services within Business Process, Operational Control, Compliance, and Staffing, along with selling Business Process Management (BPM), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software, I have come to know first hand the challenges these sectors face.

Lessons learned throughout my career have proven that we must fuse together Sales and Customer/Relationship Management through evangelizing our organizations products and services. In order to procure an appropriate, result oriented solution, which above all is customer friendly.
